1. Order Processing Time
Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays. We do not ship out on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery
We ship globally to Hong Kong SAR, Australia, Austria, United States, EU countries, Asia and over 170 regions worldwide.
Express Shipping
Cost: $25.00
Estimated delivery: 7–9 business days after dispatch
This service is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), customs clearance and import duties are included. Goods will be delivered directly to your door.
Standard Shipping
Free for orders $15.00 and above.
Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather, carrier issues or other uncontrollable circumstances.
3. Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free when your order subtotal reaches $15.00. Express shipping is a flat rate of $25.00. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All shipping options provided by NUOLE Apparel are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Import duties, VAT and customs clearance fees are already covered. Customers will NOT receive extra tax bills upon delivery.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your package right after receipt.
If your parcel is lost or items arrive damaged, contact us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date, and provide photos of the outer package and goods. We will review your case and offer support.
6. Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not liable for lost packages caused by wrong or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
7. Order Changes
Once the package has been dispatched, we cannot modify your shipping address or cancel your order.
