We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie, sleepwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.
Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.
2. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item.
We will send you return instructions once your request is approved.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective, damaged or wrong.
3. Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent an incorrect or defective product.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund for eligible cases.
5. Customs & Return Responsibility
For international returns, customers are responsible for any return customs duties, VAT or import fees incurred during the return shipment.
6. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for items damaged by improper use, washing, or alterations made by the customer.
